The International Society for Bipolar Disorders (March 18-21, 2014)

The 16th annual conference of The International Society for Bipolar Disorders was held on March 18-21, 2014 in Seoul, South Korea. Talks from the Pediatric Bipolar Disorders Program include:

AACAP Joint Annual Meeting (October 18-23)

7th Annual Mood Disorder Education Day (July 9, 8:30am- 3:30pm)

Come and join us for exciting presentations of innovative treatments & research in mood disorders. Along with several speakers, Dr. Manpreet Singh will be presenting a "Child and Adolescent Mood Disorders Update." The speeches will all take place on Stanford campus in the William R. Hewlett teaching center.

Kaiser CME Talk (March 16, 10:00 a.m.)

Dr. Manpreet Singh will be giving a presentation entitled "Family Focused Treatment for Teens and Families with Bipolar Disorder" on March 16, 2011 at the Kaiser CME Talk. The presentation describes an outpatient program of family-focused treatment (FFT) as an adjunct to pharmacotherapy for youth with and at risk for bipolar disorder (ages 9-17) who either have a risk for developing bipolar disorder or have just had an episode of mania, depression, or mixed disorder. The talk will take place at the Kaiser Hayward Medical Center at 10:00 a.m.

SCPS Scientific Meeting (January 29, 1:30 p.m.)

Dr. Kiki Chang will be speaking at the Southern California Psychiatric Society's (SCPS) scientific meeting Psychopharmacology Update 22. The meeting will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011, at The Olympic Collection, 11301 Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064 at 1:30 p.m.

AACAP Psychopharmacology Update Institute (January 22)

Dr. Chang will be giving a presentation entitled "Controversies in Child and Adolescent Psychopharmacology" on January 22, 2011 at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza.

NAMI Santa Cruz County Speaker Meeting (January 18, 6:30 p.m.)

Dr. Victoria Cosgrove will be giving a presentation entitled "Bipolar Disorder in Children and Adolescents" on January 18, 2011 at the NAMI Santa Cruz County Speaker Meeting. There will be a Meet and Greet at 6:30 p.m. with the Speaker Presentation to follow from 7:00-8:30 p.m. The presentation will take place at the Sutter Maternity and Surgery Center, 2900 Chanticleer Avenue in Santa Cruz. St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital Center Grand Rounds (January 12, 11:00 a.m.)

Dr. Kiki Chang will be giving a Grand Rounds presentation at the St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital Center on January 12 at 11:00 a.m.
